Evan is Five Months Old

Evan has been eating rice and oatmeal cereal. As you can see in this picture, it is all over his face. But he likes it. Evan has been sitting up by himself for short periods of time. He likes playing with his soccer ball.
This is the picture of Evan at 5 months with the bear. He is almost bigger than the bear now.

In this picture Evan was eating squash for the first time. And well, he hit the spoon and the squash ended up on his face.

Evan is getting stronger every day.

Evan's First Valentines Day and more!

Evan is starting to learn how to sit up by himself. He leans a little too much forward though but he is getting the hang of it.

Josh surpised me with a picture of him and Evan in a frame for me for Valentines day. I put in on my test.

This is the one they picked for me. It is so cute, both of them with a big smile.

Evan has been working on his Yoga pose. He lifts his head and his feet up off the floor and holds it. I really think he is trying to set up.

The other day Evan fell asleep in the swing holding his bunny. This was just before he fell asleep.

Evan has fun on Valentine's day. He spent the day with Mom and Dad. At night he went over to Gram and Gramps house. We all had a wonderful day.

Evan found his Feet and Hands!

This was a picture from last Sunday that I forgot to put on here. He had on his cute monkey bib that matched with his outfit.
He has also been sucking on his hands a lot and may be teething.
He has been playing on the floor more with his toys while I do some work.
He loves to pull his feet up by his mouth and chew on his socks. I often notice that his socks are wet because he has been sucking on them.

I thought this picture was cute because it looks like he is saying, "I got my sock Mom"

Evan to the Park!

We took Evan to the park for the first time. We had an activity with the church and we ate and played kickball. This first picture is actually the day before.

Evan liked swinging. At first he didn't know what to think because it was so sqweaky but he got used to it.

And again he has his hands in his mouth but I thought this picture was so cute.

Evan and his Dad went down the slide a few times. I don't know what Evan thought of it.
Evan didn't fall to sleep until the very end.

Evan slept in his crib for the first time. He was sleeping in the bassinet but it was getting a little crowded. He liked the crib because he was all stretched out.

4 months old - Already

I can't believe Evan is 4-months-old. He is getting so big and you can tell that he wants to play.

Just chillin on the couch with the Green Bear.
I think he is teething because he always has his hands in his mouth and he is also slobbering a lot.
"I know I'm cute!

This is one of his church outfits and it makes him look so big.

He is now trying to suck on his feet. He pulls his feet to his mouth and after a while he almost pulls his socks off.

Wildlife Zoo

We went to the World Wildlife zoo. Evan didn't like it inside the exibits, maybe because it was dark or too noisy. When we were outside he did just fine.

Evan liked looking at the monkeys. If you look closely you can see a black monkey in this picture, to Evan's right sitting on the log by the fence.

There was a little baby monkey with its mom. It was so cute it was chasing the mom all over the cage. It swung around and walked around.

The mom even carried it in her arms for a little while.

Evan fell asleep when we went to the children's petting and feeding area, so we sat in the shade.

Evan was such a good boy, we bought him a little tiger stuffed animal. He slept all the way home.
I'm a Mormon.
