9 Months old

This is Evan's 9 month picture. We decided to have him stand next to the bear instead of having him lay next to it.

This is Evan's first time touching grass. He wasn't too sure of it. He liked to stand on it though

Another Month Gone By

Great Grandma Woodward came for a visit over Father's day weekend.

One morning, Evan and I went to the park. He liked the swing.

YEAH!

So Big!

This is Evan's 8 month old picture. It is getting harder and harder to get him to stay still to take the picture.

Happy Boy!

Evan was eating macaroni and cheese for the first time. He liked it.

Evan was in his pack n play but he just wanted out.

Evan playing with a blanket that was worked on by his Great Grandma Jean, Aunt Vicky Potts and finished by Grandma Velva. He liked to play with the nose on Humpty dumpty.

Evan was riding the rocking horse. This was his Uncle Peter's rocking horse when he was little.

Evan's first camping trip.

We went camping up past Payson Arizona. We went with on Ward and it was a lot of fun. I was afraid that he would wake up at night and wake up the whole camp but he actually slept really well.

We were surrounded by tall pine trees. We had about 120 people from church there. It was a lot of fun. I thought this was a good picture of Evan and Josh.

I think this was when we were waiting for Breakfast. Evan woke up as soon as the sun came out. It was 5:30am. He knew it was time. At one point, I took him to the tent to change his diaper and he thought I was putting him to sleep, he threw a fit. We had fun.

He even played with a little dog that was up at camp. He wasn't sure what to think about this.

On the way home he had an ice cream cone for the first time. I will have to load those pictures later.

Well I think I am caught up for now. Enjoy.

Standing up!

Well here it is. First he started getting up on his knees. He started paying with the VCR and pushing the buttons on the TV.
Then he pulled himself up to the table.

He also pulls himself up to the couch now and starting moving along it. I have a feeling he is going to be walking sooner than later.

7 Months and Crawling

This is Evans 7 month picture. Better late than never, since he is almost 8 months now.

His is crawling now. The doctor told us that as soon as he started crawling that he would start pulling himself up onto the cough and other things. We he did. I didn't think it would happen so soon after crawling. It was almost the same day. He is very determined.

To the Park

One day Evan and I took a walk over to the park that is near our house.

Evan enjoyed swinging. He wore his new had because the Sun Devil had is now too small. The D-Backs one is too big but he will grow into it.

One of the new things Evan is doing a lot is sucking on his lower lip, well I don't know if that is what I would call it for sure, because he really doesn't suck on it. Any way it is cute.

We played on the little playground but couldn't really do much yet. We did go down the slide together though.

Evan has hops!

We finally found a jumper for Evan about a month ago. Before we got it we were holding him so he could jump. This is much easier. Ready...Set...Go...
